Meet Heather Gift

Heather joined The Rene’ Burchell Group in 2020, bringing more than two and a half decades of proven experience. A Broker Associate licensed in Texas and a licensed broker in Illinois where members of her family still reside, she offers clients a valuable dual-market perspective and a strong command of contract strategy, market dynamics, and risk mitigation.

Her career was shaped early through her work in new construction with a national home builder, where she served as a builder liaison and sales manager. During that time, Heather managed and closed more than 600 new home sales, earned multiple awards, and achieved record-setting performance. This background provides her with a refined understanding of construction quality, design standards, and timelines insight that benefits both buyers and sellers navigating complex decisions.

A graduate of Indiana University, Heather specializes in luxury and new construction while also supporting relocations, investors, and first-time buyers. Clients appreciate her ability to anticipate challenges, communicate clearly, and create a composed, confident experience throughout the transaction process.

Outside of real estate, Heather is actively involved in her community and local church, volunteering with organizations throughout Collin County. She lives in McKinney with her husband and two dogs, she values the relationships she builds both personally and professionally.
