The median sale price for homes in Frisco, Texas for the year of 2019 ended at $415,000, this is up from the 2018 median of $406,000.

The price range with the most market share in Frisco, Texas during 2019 was the $500-750,000 price range with approximately 1850 home sales. This price range is an increase from 1750 during 2018.
