The median sale price for homes in Frisco, Texas for the year of 2019 ended at $415,000, this is up from the 2018 median of $406,000.

Frisco Market Share by Price Range

The price range with the most market share in Frisco, Texas during 2019 was the $500-750,000 price range with approximately 1850 home sales. This price range is an increase from 1750 during 2018.

Frisco Monthly Sales

During 2019, the month of May saw the highest number of sales with 375, higher than the May 2018 number of 355. The summer 2019 buying season stayed busy with August having 360 home sales, outpacing the July number of 350. 

Frisco Days on the Market

Depending on your price range the number of days a home is on the market before being sold was mixed during 2019. Homes in the $200-300,000 price range averaged less than 15 days on the market before being sold. The $750,000 price range had the highest number of days on the market at 87.

Frisco Months of Inventory

Months of inventory available in the Frisco, Texas real estate market increased in all categories during 2019. The $500-750,000 price range had the biggest increase of inventory; one month of inventory was available in 2019 compared to 0.4 months during 2018.
